Delivery and Returns

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email.

Your books should be with you within a couple of days.

In the event of a delay we will advise you delivery details.

If you are unhappy with the product you may return it to us, and provided it is in perfect condition, we will arrange a refund. According to European Union Law customers have the right to cancel the purchase of an item within 14 days beginning from the date you receive it.

In the event of the product arriving damaged please advise us immediately by email sales@tarabookco.ie or phone 091 777005.

Please note that you’ll be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

Refunds are issued to the purchaser only and is based on the payment method used by the purchaser.
