Synopsis

When Frank Johnson and his border terriers, Flip and Flop, move in with Frank’s parents outside of Dublin after their house is destroyed in a flood, the two dogs try not to offend Mr. Johnson, who doesn’t like dogs, and make friends with the neighborhoodanimals, including Catriona the cat, who thinks she knows everything–and may be right.
