About the Author
Schoolteacher and journalist Julia Jarman has written over 80 books for children. She lives near Bedford and has three grown-up children. She now devotes a lot of time to school and library visits.
Lynne Chapman was born in London and has been drawing since she was old enough to hold a pencil. She studied at Middlesex University. She has created numerous picture books which have been published all over the world.
