About the Author
Eoin Colfer’s first book, Benny and Omar, was published in 1998. In 2001 the first Artemis Fowl book was published and resigned from teaching to concentrate full-time on writing. The Artemis Fowl series has since sold over 20 million copies worldwide and is now concluding with the final book The Last Guardian. In 2014 Eoin was chosen as the third Laureate na nOg. PJ Lynch is widely regarded as Ireland’s finest illustrator and is Ireland’s current Laureate na nOg. He has published more than twenty books over his career, among them the much-loved The Christmas Miracle of Jonathan Toomey and A Christmas Carol. He has won many awards, including the Mother Goose award and the ate Greenaway Medal (twice).
