About the Author
In his teens Michael Lawrence attended Ealing School of Art before working in London as a graphic designer and photographer, and eventually deciding to concentrate on writing for young people. He is best known for his Jiggy McCue series and the Withern Rise trilogy. His Barrington Stoke book Young Dracula was the inspiration for the CBBC series of the same name.
