Frieda Wishinsky writes picture books, chapter books and non-fiction. Her books include Oonga Boonga (Transworld UK, Dutton US) which was an American Bookseller Pick of the List, and Jennifer Jones Won’t Leave Me Alone (HarperCollins Canada). Born and educated in New York City, Frieda now lives in Toronto, Canada, with her family. Sue Heap is an exciting artist who illustrates children’s books full-time. Her picture book Cowboy Baby (Walker) won the 1998 Smarties Book Prize and she co-illustrated Jacqueline Wilson’s Double Act with Nick Sharratt. Her Kingfisher picture book Baby Bill and Little Lill has also received wide praise. Sue lives in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire.
